OBJECTIVE 

The objective of manual testing is to find bugs, defects, and issues in software applications, products, and systems. Manual testing is often used in early development stages and exploratory testing. It’s also used for small-scale testing of personal projects.

SUMMARY: 

• Workshop was conducted for all the students of AEC as part of the college IIC event. It was held on 28th Sep from 9.30 AM to 4:00 PM. in D Block room no 402, of the AEC. The session started at 10.00 AM by C.Manikanta Reddy with an introduction about the objective and requirements of Manual Testing and its importance in the Software Industry, it helps students to get knowledge on manual testing and different testing technologies. 
• Next Session from 1:40 PM to 4:00 PM, C.Manikanta Reddy explained a real-world scenario of performing manual testing. It helps the students to know how to test real-world applications.
• A total of 46 students and 7 Faculty from IT department of AEC attended the event.

BENEFITS

Students got a clear idea about the Real-time projects/applications. And how they will test the applications manually. Students also got the idea about the different testing techniques used in different situations. And finally, they practiced by writing the test cases and executing them.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Working with Manual testing will solve the major errors in the projects . So the quality of the application will increase
