On November 25, 2024, Anurag Engineering College organized a meaningful Advisory Forum for 23 final-year Civil Engineering students. The event, held at Block A CAD Lab, aimed to foster a mentor-mentee relationship and provide valuable insights into students’ academic and personal growth.
Purpose of the Advisory Forum
The initiative sought to:
- Understand student behavior and academic performance.
- Offer suggestions and motivation to enhance their growth.
- Promote mentoring among final-year Civil Engineering students.
Contest Structure
The activity was designed with a four-round approach:
- Collecting Personal Details – Gathering essential information about the participants.
- Academic Performance Evaluation – Assessing the students’ academic achievements.
- Observations and Suggestions – Providing personalized feedback and advice.
- Implementation – Encouraging students to act on the suggestions received.
