Such a cell is set up to address issues related to gender-based discrimination, harassment, and violence, ensuring that women have a safe and supportive environment to pursue their education and career.

- The women Protection Cell is empowered to punish the guilty persons with due consultation with the Principal of the institution as per rules.
- The above committee members shall hold the office for a period of two years with effect from the date of issue of this order.
- The members are also requested to intimate this office in case of any change in their address and designation.
