The Civil Engineering Department successfully conducted an engaging session titled “From Vision to Reality – Exploring Project Management Roles” on 17th January 2025. This event aimed to explore the diverse roles and responsibilities within project management and emphasized how effective collaboration transforms project visions into tangible realities.

The session focused on key aspects such as the significance of communication, decision-making, and teamwork among various stakeholders, including clients, project managers, architects, planners, and designers, in the successful execution of projects.

Event Objectives:

1. To understand the roles and responsibilities of different project management stakeholders.
2. To explore how collaboration transforms project visions into reality.
3. To highlight the importance of communication and decision-making in project execution.
4. To analyze the contribution of each role—client, project manager, architect, planner, and designer—in achieving project goals.
5. To encourage teamwork and problem-solving skills in project management scenarios.
6. To provide insights into the project lifecycle from conceptualization to completion.
