The Department of Master of Business Administration at Anurag Engineering College, Kodad, successfully organized a Group Discussion (GD) session as part of the department’s academic calendar activities on May 16, 2025.

Group Discussion is a dynamic forum where individuals come together to express their views and perspectives on a shared theme. It serves as an effective tool to assess key competencies such as communication skills, leadership qualities, teamwork, listening skills, general awareness, confidence, and problem-solving abilities.

The GD session was coordinated by Mrs. V. Sarada, Associate Professor, MBA Department, and witnessed enthusiastic participation from MBA students who shared thoughtful insights and engaged in meaningful discussions on the following thought-provoking topics:

1. From Battlefield to Heritage: The Impact of the Bharat-Pak War on Indian Identity
2. Balancing Career and Marriage: The Role of Value Systems in Indian Society

The activity provided a valuable platform for students to enhance their analytical thinking, articulate their ideas confidently, and develop a deeper understanding of contemporary social and cultural issues.
