On the vibrant occasion of National Level Technical Symposium, Tech Fest 2K24, held on April 6th, 2024, the MBA department conducted two exhilarating events: Young Manager and Poster Presentation. These events not only showcased the dynamism of our students but also exemplified our commitment to nurturing leadership and fostering ingenuity.
Event 1: Young Manager
Young Manager, a test of strategic thinking and leadership, unfolded in four intense rounds that pushed participants to their limits. From the initial written test challenging their theoretical knowledge to the dynamic group discussions and spontaneous Just-A-Minute sessions, every round was a crucible of talent and determination. The climax came with the stress interviews, where finalists faced a barrage of questions designed to assess their composure under pressure. The event was a testament to the caliber of our future business leaders.
Event 2: Poster Presentation
Poster Presentation, a platform for creativity and research, witnessed teams presenting captivating visual displays on diverse topics. Each poster was a masterpiece of innovation, blending content, clarity, and presentation skills to deliver impactful messages. From intricate designs to thought-provoking content, every presentation left an indelible mark on the audience and judges alike.
