


Department of Computer Science and Engineering and the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (AI&ML) organized a parent meeting online on 31.01.2025 (Friday) at 2.30 PM. The head of the Institution, Dr Suresh Kumar Tummala, briefed the parents about ongoing trends in the industry and their changing trends in the recruitment process. He emphasized the need for skill development for current engineering students, particularly CSE and allied branches, and the latest technologies to meet the industry’s requirements. He informed the parents that Anurag Engineering College plans to train the students on the latest technologies like Full Stack Development, Data Analytics, DevOps, Cloud Technologies, etc. He also informed the parents that industry people would train the students without affecting their academics. The training includes hands-on technology training, preparing the students to participate in Hackthons and internships and independently complete their final semester projects. The training will start in the III Year BTech II Semester and conclude in the IV Year BTech II Semester.
HoD/CSE, Dr. YVR Naga Pawan and HoD/CSE-AI&ML, Smt. Indira Priyadharshini Tummala participated along with concerned department faculty members in addressing the doubts raised by the parents.
