Personality development program is a developmental programme for enhancing our personality. It helps us in improving our confidence levels and creating a good and lasting impression on others. And as a result of good personality development training, one can have better personal and professional relationships as well as improved productivity and growth. Our personality plays a major role in our behaviour and all our interactions. Therefore, to improve the way we communicate with those around us, it’s important that we go deeper into our personality. Gaining awareness of what causes us to behave the way we do and how we come across to others is essential and holds the key to make suitable changes in our personality.

Apart from our communication skills, our personality also influences many other areas of our lives like our time management skills, team management skills, decision making skills, etc. Therefore, it’s important that we invest time in Personality development programs which can give us deeper insights into our personalities and open the doors for making appropriate changes.
Most importantly, personality development trainings also give us an opportunity to work on and change our inner landscape. Factors like our attitude, motivation, fears and complexes which directly and indirectly affect our lives all form our inner world. Profile of Sri KV Pradeep 

Born in a traditional family in Hyderabad , started on stage as a child actor at the age of five, later auditioned as All India Radio Drama artist, later started his silver screen career as Hero in Hit films like Muddamandaram, Nalugu stambalata, Rendujella sita and continuing his acting life. His latest Role in film F2 is the most trending one. At present doing character role in four films Pioneered Television serial productions in Telugu, He is the first actor, Producer and director of Telugu Television Industry . Active till date in TV. Produced / Directed acted hundreds of serials, corporate films, Advertisement films .

Awards Include 14 Nandi awards, All India Best Child actor award ,Nataratna award, Gemini TV lifetime achievement award Joined Junior chamber International in the year 1984 in the LOM Secunderabad Walkertown and till date actively and emotionally attached to this great organization. Served as a Lom President in the year 1986 .

Journey as a Trainer:

Graduated as Zone Trainer in 1985 , advanced as JCI National trainer in 1999, Elevated as JCI prime graduate in 2000 and excelled as JCI excel in the year 2002 .

Motivated over 15 lakhs students. Piloted many workshops in performing arts and creative skill Sets . Conceptualized 300 plus training modules. Imparted Training to every learning organization in Telugu states, many corporates pan India .Authored 30 serials and three books in Telugu . He is a Visiting Faculty for many PSUs and Educational Institutes.

A continuous learner and creative thinker, Mr KV Pradeep is known for his original idea production and humorous articulation. Carries 33 years of training experience and He is ready to learn from young minds. He is happily married to Tv Personality Saraswathi and blessed with very talented children Neeharika & Niteesh
